Hi! Please read the policies below before placing your order :)

PAYMENT

Payment must be received before shipment of orders. Without the payment clearing, an order will not be shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Our orders ship within 2-4 business days (usually sooner!).  You will receive an email with tracking info as soon as it ships and be able to track it as it travels to you! 

We primarily ship using USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or USPS First Class (3-7 business days). 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Currently not available.

ADDRESS CHANGE

We all make mistakes sometimes (including putting down the wrong address). Please reach out to us and we will try to update it!  Usually we need to know within 24 hours of order placement. Once an order is shipped we are unable to correct it at that point. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address that was given to us by a shopper.

REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES

Our goal is for our customers to be so pleased with their order that they come back again and again to support our little shop. So please contact us at hey@shopbeholden.com if you have any issues with your order and we will work our hardest to solve the problem. At the same time- we are a little shop ran out of our home. So, while we do not usually offer refunds and exchanges - reach out to us if there is an issue and we will see what we can do! We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Due to the nature of our downloadable items, no refund or cancellation can be issued.

    LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

    If your item was damaged in transit a replacement request must occur within 7 days of delivery and must be accompanied with photo evidence of the damaged item (as well as the packaging, if possible). We will work to quickly replace your item once that has been received.  

    For damaged international orders, we are happy to cover the replacement cost of the item that was damaged, but the customer will be responsible for the replacement shipping cost. 

    For a lost package, customer is responsible for reaching out to their local USPS office and filing a claim. 

    SUPPORTING SOCIAL CHANGE

    We donate 10% of our profit to help those who need a boost to work their way out of poverty. We love supporting projects that empower women who are struggling in their current context. We primarily partner with Hope International, an awesome non-profit that focuses on supporting people in poverty by providing them with micro loans to empower them in their abilities with dignity.
